1. What we collect

• Account: your name and email, via our sign-in provider.
• Learning data: your progress, review history, and content you choose to capture (conversations, voice notes, media).
• Billing: subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
• Usage: basic device and diagnostic data to keep the product working.

2. How we use it

To provide the learning experience (turning captured content into transcripts, vocabulary, audio, and review), to manage your account and billing, and to improve the product.

3. Service providers

• Firebase for authentication.
• Stripe for web payments.
• Google Vertex AI and similar model providers to process content into learning material.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data after a short grace period.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account from Account settings, and you can request a copy of your data by emailing us.
