What is Lexifari?
Lexifari is a guided Swahili companion. You follow a clear situational path built for real trips, and you can turn the conversations and media around you into vocabulary, audio, and review.
What do I get for free?
Act 1, "Arrival Day", is free so you can try the path before you pay. It covers the first moments of a trip, from the immigration desk to your first taxi.
Which languages are supported?
Swahili is the active course today. The app is built to add more languages over time.

Trip Pass and billing

When does my 90-day Trip Pass start?
The Trip Pass starts the day you buy it, not your travel date. If you are buying ahead of a trip, keep that 90-day window in mind.
Does the Trip Pass renew automatically?
No. The Trip Pass is a one-time purchase that gives you 90 days of full access. It does not auto-renew, and you will not be charged again.
What is the difference between the Trip Pass and Premium?
The Trip Pass is a one-time 90-day unlock, best for a single trip. Premium is a subscription (monthly or annual) with a 7-day free trial, best if you are learning for longer.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
For now, email support@lexifari.com and we will take care of it. Self-serve billing management is on the way.

Using it on your phone

I paid on the web. How do I use it in the app?
Sign in to the iOS app with the same email you used on the web, and your access unlocks automatically. Your plan follows your account, not the device.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. Lexifari is on iOS and the web today, with Android planned.

Your account

How do I change my name or email?
Your name and email come from how you sign in. You can update your profile in the iOS app.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account settings on the web or in the app and choose Delete account. Deletion has a short grace period before it becomes permanent, and it cancels any active subscription.
