Free trial

Premium includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. When the trial ends, the subscription begins at the price shown at sign-up unless you have canceled.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not generally refund partial periods, subject to the mandatory rights described below.

Trip Pass

The Trip Pass is a one-time purchase for 90 days of access starting on the purchase date. Because access begins immediately, refund eligibility is limited once the pass is used. Final terms are under legal review.

Mandatory consumer rights

Some jurisdictions grant a cooling-off or withdrawal right (for example, the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases). Where that applies, you may waive it in order to get immediate access to digital content, and that choice is captured at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law.

Purchases through the App Store

If you subscribed through the iOS app, Apple processes the payment and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Contact us and we can point you to the right place.
